We offer multiple ways to pay rent; the most popular by far is free ACH transfer through our online portal. We also accept credit cards and the convenient PayNearMe service that allows rent to be paid at participating 7-Eleven, WalMart, Walgreens and CVS stores.
First, let us know. The majority of our properties welcome pets, but unfortunately some properties do not. Once we know that your property accepts pets, there is a short application and applicable fees complete the process.
Simply let us know during the renewal notice period, unusually at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the lease. We will provide you with everything you need to have a successful move out.
Any repairs that arise from age or normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the Owner. Any repairs due to tenant damage or excessive wear and tear will be tenant responsibility.
